I love Nette’s yoga class because it is a no-pressure session. She is very flexible (literally and figuratively) that she doesn’t require her students to be in a perfect form! My most favorite is the last part of her class where she asked us to relax and shake off any negative thoughts. It was so relaxing that I even fell asleep! I highly recommend Nette. She’s a very patient yoga instructor. Perfect for beginners like me!

41% better sleep last night. It’s those magic tingles. Great session. PM yoga done as it should be.
That’s a 41% increase in my REM sleep, even after a late dinner and without my usual gap before bed. I ended up with 24% REM sleep, which is actually above the ideal range of 21–23%. Since REM and deep sleep quality matter more than total sleep hours, a 41% improvement is pretty amazing.

Her classes are always tailored differently, and I feel her way to intuitively feel into the needs of the students is something so special and not many yoga teachers can do.
